SNP Acquires Trigon Consulting to Boost Premium Services

SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Trigon Consulting GmbH & Co. KG. This strategic move, effective from May 1, 2024, will enhance SNP's premium services for customers and partners, focusing on IT and business transformations.

Trigon Consulting, a specialist in IT consulting since 1997, brings extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP to the SNP Group. The acquisition is set to strengthen SNP's go-to-market model and enable faster utilization of SNP's CrystalBridge software suite. Trigon's inclusion is also aimed at efficiently managing complex projects for IT modernization and digitalization with minimal risk.

Michael Dirks, Global Head of Services at SNP, emphasized the acquisition's vital role in expanding capacity to meet the current high demand for data migration and management solutions. Heinz Kuhnle, founder of Trigon, expressed the synergistic benefits of this merger for both entities, highlighting a shared past of successful collaborations.
