SMT Scharf AG Releases Preliminary 2024 Results and Plans Resumption of Dividends

SMT Scharf AG has announced a considerable increase in its consolidated revenue, reaching EUR 95.0 million in 2024, aligning with its forecast range. The first-time full consolidation of Shandong Xinsha Monorail Co., Ltd. in November played a crucial role in this growth. Operating earnings (EBIT) for the year also improved to EUR 4.8 million, surpassing forecasts set in October.

Looking ahead to 2025, the company projects revenue between EUR 110 million and EUR 130 million, with an EBIT of EUR 5.5 million to EUR 7.5 million. The management board proposes a dividend of EUR 0.21 per share for 2024, with total payments estimated at EUR 1.2 million. This decision reflects a dividend policy targeting at least 20% distribution of net profits after non-controlling interests.
