SLR Group GmbH Revises Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA Forecast for 2023/2024

SLR Group GmbH, a notable supplier of ductile iron components, has announced a downward revision of its revenue and adjusted EBITDA forecast for the fiscal year 2023/2024. The company cited a challenging market environment as the primary reason for this change.

The company reports experiencing a notable decline in customer demand within the Off-Highway segment, particularly in the agricultural sector. Additionally, reductions in customer inventories have further impacted revenue development.

SLR Group GmbH now expects its revenue to range between EUR 236 to 238 million and its adjusted EBITDA to be between EUR 22 to 24 million. This is a decrease from the previous forecast of EUR 246 million in revenue and EUR 27 million in adjusted EBITDA. The adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to remain between 9 to 10%.

The company will release its complete annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2023/2024 on October 30, 2024.
