ATHA Energy Updates on Corporate Activities
ATHA Energy Corp announced the issuance of 2,850,000 stock options and 2,200,000 restricted share units to eligible participants, including directors and officers, under its equity incentive plan. Options vest in thirds over a year and are exercisable at $1.11 per share for five years. Restricted share units vest after one year, entitling holders to common shares.
The total common shares issuable under the plan cannot surpass 10% of the company's outstanding shares. ATHA employs specific exemptions from minority and formal valuation requirements as its shares are not listed on specified markets.
