Skeena Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
Skeena Resources Limited (TSX:SKE)(NYSE SKE) has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 17, 2024, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Shareholders approved the re-election of all Directors and reappointed KPMG LLP as auditors, with over 99% of votes in favor. The Shareholder Rights Plan adopted on November 14, 2023, was allowed to expire on May 14, 2024.
A total of 64,349,256 shares, representing 70.9% of the issued and outstanding shares, were voted. Detailed voting results show strong support for the Directors, with nominees such as Walter Coles and Randy Reichert receiving nearly unanimous approval.
