Sirius Media 2023 Annual Results: Growth Marked by the Integration of Sirius Media Production

Sirius Media has published its results for the year 2023, revealing a clear improvement in financial indicators. The full integration of Sirius Media Production played a crucial role, reflected by a significant 64% increase in operating revenue, reaching €29.5 million.

The gross margin also saw a significant increase, reaching €23.4 million, representing 87% of revenues. Regarding EBITDA, it shows a total of €15.2 million, or 57% of revenues, marking an improvement of 51 points compared to 2022.

The audiovisual production sector particularly benefited from the acquisition of Sirius Media Production, strengthening Sirius Media's position on the French market. Despite a negative consolidated net result of €0.5 million, mainly due to exceptional items, the financial fundamentals remain solid.

Optimism is in order for the year 2024, particularly with the release of the animated film "Zak and Wowo, The Legend of Lendarys", which should contribute significantly to the group's future revenues, already visible during its first exhibition at the Mexico.
