SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Concludes Second Bondholders' Meeting
Kahl am Main, May 21, 2024 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG today announced the conclusion of its second bondholders' meeting. The meeting, concerning the bond with ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 and WKN A2AA5H, achieved a quorum of 43.23%.
A 75% majority was required to pass the four proposed resolutions. However, only 69% of the votes were in favor, resulting in the rejection of the company's proposals. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES expressed regret that the bondholders did not support the proposals, which were intended to offer the company greater flexibility.
The rejected resolutions were precautionary, not immediate. The company will now focus on its plans without the proposed changes. Despite this, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES reports a strong start to the 2024 fiscal year and expects to maintain this momentum.
