Silver Spruce Resources Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement financing aiming to raise up to $1,000,000. The company plans to issue up to 10,000,000 units at $0.10 each. Each unit will include one common share and a full warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.15 within three years. The closing is anticipated by December 31, 2025.
