Silver Spruce Realigns Mexico Operations with Jackie Project Acquisition

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has acquired full ownership of the Jackie Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico by purchasing the remaining 50% interest from Colibri Resource Corporation. This transaction provides Silver Spruce 100% control, expanding its portfolio and flexibility in exploration operations. The Jackie project, a promising early-stage epithermal asset, features high-grade sampling and strong target structures.

Alongside this acquisition, Silver Spruce has relinquished its 25% stake in the Diamante Project, easing financial obligations and better aligning its strategic focus. This shift allows concentration on projects where the company can act as operator.

Future exploration at Jackie will include trenching and drilling to assess principal targets. The project, positioned within the mineral-rich Sierra Madre Occidental region, exhibits notable gold and silver anomalies, indicating potential for significant precious metal deposits. This realignment reflects Silver Spruce's strategy to enhance long-term value through targeted project management.
