Silver Spruce Ends Option on Mystery Au Project

Silver Spruce Resources, Inc. has announced the termination of its Option to acquire a 100% interest in the Mystery Au Project, a gold exploration initiative in Newfoundland and Labrador. The agreement, initially signed in September 2021 and subsequently amended, was mutually concluded on March 24, 2025.

Greg Davison, Silver Spruce's VP Exploration, stated that while their exploration had revealed promising geological and geochemical targets, current market conditions prompted the decision to relinquish the property back to the Vendors. Initially covering three early-stage properties, the project is in proximity to notable gold projects by New Found Gold Corp. and Sokoman Minerals Corp.
