Signal Gold Receives Mineral Lease for the Goldboro Project From the Government of Nova Scotia

The Nova Scotia Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables issued the lease in accordance with the Mineral Resources Act and Mineral Resources Regulations. This lease has a term of 20 years and is a significant milestone in the regulatory approval process. The company is also progressing with other main project permits.
