Signal Gold Inc. Reports High-Grade Gold Intersections in Goldboro Drilling Program
Signal Gold Inc. (TSX:SGNL) announced encouraging assay results from its 5,179-metre diamond drilling program at the western extension of the Goldboro Deposit in Nova Scotia. The program aims to identify additional open-pit mineral resources. Recent highlights include notable intersections of 73.92 g/t gold over 3.8 metres and 16.00 g/t gold over 4.5 metres.
Kevin Bullock, President and CEO, expressed optimism, stating that the results show continuity of the gold deposit to the west. Noteworthy high-grade intercepts further outline the potential for resource growth. The drill program reported several high-grade zones and visible gold occurrences in multiple holes.
The company plans to expand exploration efforts across its consolidated land package. Final assay results for additional drill holes are pending.
