Signal Gold Announces Results From Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / May 23, 2024 / Signal Gold Inc. ("Signal Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:SGNL)(OTCQX:SGNLF) has announced that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the annual general meeting held today have been passed.

All nominees listed in the management information circular for the meeting were elected as directors. The voting results for the election are detailed below:

Kevin Bullock received 63,146,423 votes (84.181% for, 15.819% withheld). George Furey received 50,268,089 votes (67.012% for, 32.988% withheld). P.E. (Ted) Kavanagh received 66,860,234 votes (89.132% for, 10.868% withheld). Lewis Lawrick received 61,726,736 votes (82.288% for, 17.712% withheld). Mary-Lynn Oke received 65,474,828 votes (87.285% for, 12.715% withheld). Ian Pritchard received 48,928,728 votes (65.227% for, 34.773% withheld).

Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the Company's auditors for the ensuing year, and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
