Change in Siegfried AG's Board Leadership

Siegfried AG announced a significant change in its board leadership. Dr. Andreas Casutt, who has served on the Board of Directors since 2010 and as Chairman since 2014, will not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2026. Casutt stated that the timing for change is appropriate, highlighting Siegfried’s strong position for continued growth.

The Board has proposed Dr. Beat Walti as the new Chairman. Walti joined the Board in 2022 and brings extensive experience from his roles in various companies and foundations. He is recognized for his contributions to Siegfried's development.

Martin Schmid, Vice Chairman, praised Casutt’s leadership and personal contributions to transforming Siegfried into a successful global CDMO. Walti is expected to continue this trajectory, focusing on expanding Siegfried’s market position.
