Showroomprivé General Meeting: Conditions for Consultation of Documents

La Plaine Saint Denis, May 29, 2024 – The shareholders of the company Showroomprivé (SRP Groupe) are invited to the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting. This will be held on June 19, 2024 at 10 a.m., at the following address: 1 impasse du Pilier, 93210 La Plaine Saint-Denis.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, has been available since May 10, 2024 on BALO n°57, as well as on the Company's website, www.showroomprivegroup.com, under the heading “Investors”, “General Meeting” tab.

On May 31, 2024, the notice of meeting will be published in BALO n°66 and posted online on Mesinfos.fr. Registered shareholders will receive their voting form directly by mail or proxy, while bearer shareholders must request it from their financial intermediary.

The documents relating to the General Meeting, in accordance with article R. 225-73-1 of the Commercial Code, are available on the Company's website. Shareholders can also obtain the preparatory documents in accordance with article R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code at this address: 1, rue des Blés ZAC Montjoie, 93212 La Plaine Saint-Denis Cedex.
