Showroomprivé extends the deadline for its annual general meeting
The Showroomprivé group announced on June 6, 2025 that the holding of its general meeting to approve the 2024 accounts will be postponed until December 31, 2025. This decision, validated by the President of the Bobigny Commercial Court, follows the postponement of the publication of the 2024 universal registration document, including the annual financial report.
Originally scheduled for June 25, 2025, the general meeting had to be postponed to allow for the finalization of this key document. Showroomprivé will communicate at a later date regarding the availability of the 2024 DEU and the new date for convening its meeting.
