Half-yearly report on the Showroomprivé liquidity contract
On January 10, 2025, Showroomprivé, a European player in online sales, published the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract. As of December 31, 2024, the dedicated liquidity account held 783,754 shares and 25,262.54 euros. When the contract was signed in May 2019, the account contained 172,558 shares and 146,195 euros.
During the period from July 1 to December 31, 2024, 896 purchase transactions and 655 sale transactions were executed. The trades totaled 371,318 shares (360,997.92 euros) for purchase and 304,271 shares (291,373.23 euros) for sale. The 2024 annual results will be announced on March 13, 2025.
