Showroomprivé announces the publication of its 2023 Universal Registration Document

Showroomprivé, a European player in smart shopping, has made its Universal Registration Document available for the year 2023. This legal document has been filed with the Financial Markets Authority and includes the annual financial report for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

The document also includes the report on corporate governance, the fees of the Statutory Auditors, as well as a statement of extra-financial performance and the corresponding audit report. The share buyback program is also described in this document.
