Shelly Group Transitions to European Company (Societas Europaea – SE)

Shelly Group AD, a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, has finalized its transformation into a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE). This change follows an October decision by the Extraordinary General Meeting and aligns with European Council Regulation No. 2157/2001. The company will now operate as Shelly Group SE.

The transition does not impact shareholders, customers, or existing contracts. Shareholders will retain their current shares, and the number of issued shares remains constant. Additionally, the stock market listing and share tradability remain unchanged. Conversion within shareholders' securities accounts is seamless, retaining the previous ISIN BG1100003166 and ticker SLYG.
