TLC Modular USA Inc. has announced the addition of Daymond John and Morri Chowaiki as shareholders. Daymond John, known for his role on ABC's Shark Tank, brings significant business experience to the company. The company has secured over $100 million in written orders for 2024. Projects include a variety of construction ventures in California and Hawaii, such as assisted living facilities, townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes.

TLC Modular USA Inc. plans to expand its operations to all 50 states. Future projects will encompass multi-family residential units, hotels, and community developments, strengthening its position as a leader in modular construction.
