Shares Repurchases by Tikehau Capital from 19 to 25 July 2024

From 19 July to 25 July 2024, Tikehau Capital conducted multiple share repurchases. On 19 July, 280 shares were bought at an average price of EUR 23.1827. On 22 July, 5,686 shares were repurchased with a price of EUR 23.7601. The following day, 3,975 shares were bought at an average price of EUR 24.1756. On 24 July, the company repurchased 2,463 shares at EUR 23.7999. The final repurchase occurred on 25 July, totaling 1,154 shares at a price of EUR 23.4212.

The aggregated volume of shares repurchased over this period was 13,558, with a weighted average price of EUR 23.8484. All transactions took place on the Euronext Paris (MIC Code: XPAR).
