Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie under the MAR Regulation
During the week of September 9 to 13, 2024, Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie carried out several share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These operations took place on the XPAR market with a weighted average price varying between 17.240645 and 17.444000 euros per share.
The total volume of shares repurchased daily was as follows: 1,268 shares on September 9, 2,179 shares on September 10, 1,452 shares on September 11, 255 shares on September 12 and 890 shares on September 13. The transactions were all carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux SA.
The main objective of these buybacks is to support Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie's societal project. This initiative demonstrates the regional bank's commitment to supporting its societal projects through share buybacks carried out in compliance with current regulations.
