JOY GROUP Completes Acquisition of Foltène

On October 21, 2025, JOY GROUP, a leading Chinese multi-brand beauty company, announced the acquisition of the Italian dermatological hair care brand Foltène. Founded in Milan in 1944, Foltène is renowned for its scientific research and innovative products, including its proprietary complexes, Tricosaccaride® and Tricalgoxyl®, which promote healthier hair.

This acquisition includes Foltène's brand assets, global distribution network, supply chain, and Italian research laboratory. Allan Liu, CEO of JOY GROUP, highlighted the strategic expansion in the hair and scalp care sector this acquisition represents.
