Change in voting rights at SFCMC
The Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) has announced a change in the voting rights of one of its main shareholders. This change results from the doubling of voting rights for registered shares held for more than two years by the Société de Participation Deauvillaise. This adjustment, effective July 26, 2025, increases the proportion of voting rights exercised by this shareholder from 60.69% to 69.42%.
It is important to note that this change in voting rights does not impact the share capital, set at 1,891,968 euros, nor the total number of shares, which remains at 157,664. This event complies with the provisions of Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations and Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code.
