SFC Energy AG and FC TecNrgy Sign EUR 3.2 Million Contract with Indian Defence
SFC Energy AG and FC TecNrgy Pvt. Ltd. have secured a EUR 3.2 million maintenance contract for tactical fuel cell solutions with the Indian Ministry of Defence. This three-year agreement covers the support of the EMILY 3000 and JENNY 600S systems, vital for the Indian Armed Forces. The agreement includes a comprehensive support network with 50 engineers and a dedicated service center in Gurgaon.
This initiative involves first-level repair workshops in Leh and Rangiah, leveraging SFC's direct methanol fuel cell technology. The contract emphasizes operational readiness, enhancing the Indo-German collaboration in clean energy and reinforcing India’s “Make in India” initiative.
The collaboration is set to drive growth, underlining the strategic partnership and trust placed by the Indian Ministry of Defence in the innovative solutions provided by SFC Energy and FC TecNrgy.
