Sendero Resources Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 2, 2024 - Sendero Resources Corp. (TSXV: SEND) (the "Company" or "Sendero") has announced the appointment of Mr. Steve R. McMullan to its board of directors. Concurrently, Mr. Zachary Goldenberg has resigned from the board to focus on other professional commitments.

Mr. McMullan brings extensive global experience in mineral exploration. He is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) and a Qualified Person under the NI43-101 definition.

Sendero Resources focuses on copper-gold exploration at its Peñas Negras Project in the Vicuña Belt, Argentina. The project holds similar geological characteristics to other deposits in the region. The company, through Barton SAS, has ten granted mining concessions covering 120 km² in La Rioja, Argentina, and an option to earn an 80% interest on adjacent concessions covering 91.7 km².
