Semperit AG Holding Adjusts 2025 EBITDA Guidance Amid US Tariffs

Semperit AG Holding has announced a revision of its EBITDA guidance for the year 2025 due to the impact of US tariff policies and decreased global order activities. The company now anticipates an operating EBITDA between EUR 65 million and EUR 85 million, down from the previous forecast of EUR 70 million to EUR 90 million. This adjustment arises from tariffs imposed by the US on imports affecting Semperit’s primary production sites and a general slowdown in order intake.

Furthermore, the uncertainty surrounding potential further protectionist measures and the timing of economic recovery has led Semperit to suspend its 2026 EBITDA target of EUR 120 million. In 2024, the US market contributed approximately EUR 76 million in revenue, highlighting the significance of these tariffs for Semperit's operations. The Semperit Industrial Applications division, primarily impacted by these changes, will face additional costs and volume shifts.
