Change in Leadership at secunet Security Networks AG
Secunet Security Networks AG has announced a forthcoming change in its management team. The Supervisory Board disclosed that current CEO Axel Deininger's contract will not be renewed beyond December 31, 2025. To support the company's future expansion, Marc-Julian Siewert is set to join the Management Board on July 1, 2025, and is expected to succeed Deininger as CEO thereafter.
Siewert brings extensive experience from his previous role as CEO of Veridos, where he specialized in identity solutions for public authorities. The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude to Deininger for his significant contributions during his tenure, which included transforming secunet's business model.
Once Siewert joins, the Management Board will comprise Axel Deininger, Torsten Henn, Dr. Kai Martius, Jessica Nospers, and Marc-Julian Siewert, indicating a strategic transition as the company continues to lead in cybersecurity solutions.
