Number of voting rights and shares of Séché Environnement as of January 1, 2025
Séché Environnement has published its monthly data concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Article L 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of January 1, 2025, the share capital of Séché Environnement consists of 7,857,732 shares. These shares represent a total number of theoretical voting rights of 12,767,767. This figure includes the voting rights attached to treasury shares.
