Schneider Electric Completes Weekly Share Buyback

Schneider Electric reported the completion of its weekly share buyback program. This initiative, sanctioned by the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024, permits the Board to repurchase shares under Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014. This week's activity involved the acquisition of 149,758 shares, equivalent to about 0.03% of the company's share capital as of December 31, 2023. The total purchase amounted to €35,687,451.
