Schindler Holding Ltd. Announces Board and Leadership Changes
Schindler Holding Ltd. has announced upcoming changes to its Board of Directors and executive leadership. Silvio Napoli has decided not to seek re-election, leading the Board to propose Josef Ming as the new Chairman at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 25, 2025. Ming, an advisory partner at Bain & Company, brings over 30 years of industry and management consulting experience, including previous projects with Schindler.
Josef Ming is set to take on a 40% role for two years until a long-term Chair can be appointed. Concurrently, Paolo Compagna will assume the CEO position on February 1, 2025. The Board thanked Silvio Napoli for his substantial contributions over the past thirty years. Schindler's full-year results for 2024 will be presented on February 12, 2025, with revenue growth expectations reaffirmed.
