Schindler Announces Executive Committee Reshuffle

Schindler Holding AG has announced significant changes to its Group Executive Committee, effective April 1, 2025. Meinolf Pohle will assume responsibility for China, succeeding Daryoush Ziai. Ziai is stepping down after a decade with the company.

Patrick Hess, currently the CEO of Schindler Switzerland, will join the Executive Committee. He will lead Europe North, taking over from Pohle. Hess has been with Schindler since 2001 and has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles.

The revised Executive Committee will include key figures such as Paolo Compagna as CEO and Carla De Geyseleer as CFO. This reshuffle aims to strengthen Schindler's global leadership and operational efficiency.
