SCBSM reports share buybacks
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its recent transactions concerning the repurchase of its own shares. These operations are in line with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transactions took place between February 25 and 28, 2025. A total of 717 shares were repurchased at a weighted average price of EUR 8.6 per share. The ISIN code of the financial instrument is FR0006239109, and the transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
SCBSM, with real estate assets estimated at more than 420 million euros, is a listed real estate investment company (SIIC) with a strong presence in Paris, particularly in the central business district.
