SCBSM Publishes its Share Buyback Operations

On April 7, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, disclosed its recent share buybacks in accordance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions cover the period from March 31 to April 4, 2025.

During this period, SCBSM made several share purchases. On March 31, 178 shares were repurchased at an average price of €8.60. On April 1, 165 shares were purchased at €8.50. On April 2 and 3, 173 and 196 shares were purchased, respectively, at €8.70 each. Finally, on April 4, 199 shares were repurchased at a price of €8.50.

All these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market, thus contributing to SCBSM's treasury and capital management strategy.
