SCBSM: Declared treasury share transactions
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced details of its treasury share transactions on July 15, 2025. These transactions are in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
During the past week, the company repurchased shares on the market. On July 7 and 8, it acquired 8 and 1 shares, respectively, at an average price of €8.80. On July 9 and 10, 35 and 48 shares were purchased, this time at an adjusted average unit price of €9.00.
These transactions confirm the continuation of SCBSM's buyout strategy, aimed at optimizing its capital structure.
