SCBSM Announces Its Latest Transactions in Own Shares

Paris, November 24, 2025 – SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced details of its recent share buybacks, in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions concern shares identified by the ISIN code FR0006239109.

The buybacks took place on three separate dates in November 2025. On November 18, a total of 100 shares were acquired at an average price of €9.60. On November 19, 112 shares were repurchased at the same price per share. Finally, on November 21, 113 shares were acquired at a slightly lower average price of €9.50, all of these transactions taking place on the XPAR market.
