Provision of documents for the SCBSM General Assembly

SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced the availability of preparatory documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for December 10, 2025. Shareholders can access these documents on the company's website, in the General Meetings section.

In accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, the documents are also available at the registered office of SCBSM, located at 12, rue Godot de Mauroy, Paris. Furthermore, Société Générale Securities Services in Nantes also allows shareholders to obtain these documents.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, has been published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) since November 5, 2025. This transparency aims to facilitate shareholders' preparation for the General Meeting.
