SCBSM: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares
On March 24, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced details of its recent share buybacks. These transactions fall within the scope of Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The transactions took place over three separate days in March 2025.
On March 19 and 20, SCBSM acquired 46 shares per day at a weighted average price of €8.65. On March 21, the volume of shares purchased increased to 123, with a slightly lower average price of €8.50. All transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, under ISIN code FR0006239109.
