VANCOUVER, BC announces Sassy Gold Corp.'s recent strategic move to acquire fifteen advanced uranium properties in Utah and Colorado. This acquisition, set in the Colorado Plateau, spans over 8,200 acres, with fourteen properties having historical production. This venture aims to complement Sassy's uranium portfolio, building on its 20% stake in Saskatchewan's Highrock Uranium Project and other significant positions in various mining corporations. The properties in question are recognized for their sandstone-hosted, roll-front uranium deposits, with the Independence Property notably prepared for near-term extraction operations.

The properties promise a clear path to uranium extraction, particularly at the Independence Property, which is already permitted for small-scale operations. With a past production history and proximity to the only operating conventional uranium mill in the US, the White Mesa Mill, Sassy Gold anticipates low redevelopment costs and strong exploration potential across the board. This effort is further supported by a partnership with local expertise vendors, ensuring resourceful exploration and development.

Moreover, the acquisition aligns with notable uranium production increases in Utah, leveraging the state's historical yield from sandstone-hosted deposits.
