Sarama Resources Completes Tranche 2 Placement and Broker Options

Sarama Resources Ltd. announced the successful completion of Tranche 2 of its A$2.6 million equity placement. The tranche involved 28,888,889 placement options and 19,166,666 broker options, both exercisable at A$0.09, expiring on 30 November 2028. Shareholder approval for this issuance was obtained during the special meeting on 2 October 2025.

Tranche 1, completed in July, raised A$2.6 million with the issuance of 86,666,667 CDIs at A$0.03 per CDI. The upcoming Tranche 3 will include CDIs and options assigned to director Andrew Dinning, with expected proceeds of A$100,000.

The funds raised will support exploration at the Cosmo Gold Project in Western Australia and assist in Sarama's arbitration against the Government of Burkina Faso. Additional funds will aid general corporate needs.
