Universal Inheritance Transfer at SAPMER
SAPMER, based in Réunion, announced on October 31, 2025, the universal transfer of assets (TUP) of its subsidiary SOPARMA. This decision was authorized by the Board of Directors on October 29, 2025. SOPARMA, a simplified joint-stock company wholly owned by SAPMER, will have its assets entirely transferred to SAPMER, leading to its dissolution without liquidation in accordance with Article 1844-5 of the French Civil Code.
SAPMER's Social and Economic Committee was consulted and gave a favorable opinion on October 28, 2025. The finalization of the TUP depends on the creditors' objection period.
