Sanofi publishes its capital and voting rights figures for July 2024

Sanofi, headquartered in Paris, has communicated information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares for the month of July 2024, in accordance with the requirements of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

Sanofi's share capital is 2,537,214,304 euros. The number of shares comprising this capital amounts to 1,268,607,152. After deducting treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights is 1,413,447,665, while the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 1,428,781,308.
