Sanofi: Information on voting rights and shares - May 2024

Sanofi, a public limited company with capital of €2,529,599,938, has published information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares in accordance with article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223- 16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of May 31, 2024, Sanofi had 1,266,362,756 shares making up its capital. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amounts to 1,411,203,841. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 1,426,537,484.
