SANHA GmbH & Co. KG Launches New Bond Subscription for 2024/2029
SANHA GmbH & Co. KG has commenced the subscription period for its new bond for 2024/2029, available via Deutsche Börse's DirectPlace. The bond targets a volume of EUR 20 million with a five-year term and an annual coupon rate of 8.75%. The subscription window is open from November 18 to December 6, 2024, with an investor webcast scheduled for 4:30 p.m. today.
The bond, intended for the German and Luxembourg markets, will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Proceeds will primarily refinance an existing bond, with interest paid semi-annually. SANHA will update investors today about the bond issue and its business development through an online presentation.
An exchange offer for the holders of the 2013/2026 bond is also running until December 2, 2024. Detailed information is available through SANHA's Investor Relations channels.
