SAML Acquires Seven Public Safety Companies from ILUS to Drive Aggressive Growth

Samsara Luggage Inc. (SAML), now pivoting towards public safety under the guidance of Ilustrato Pictures International Inc. (ILUS), has recently signed a pivotal agreement. On February 23, 2024, SAML acquired seven public safety companies from ILUS. This transaction, involving an exchange for 350,000,000 common shares of SAML, marked the significant transition of SAML into the emergency response domain, aligning with its renaming to Emergency Response Technologies Inc. and its new symbol, RESQ.

The entities acquired include names like Firebug Mechanical Equipment LLC and Georgia Fire & Rescue Supply LLC, among others, collectively developing technologies for fire fighting and rapid emergency responses. This strategic move is part of SAML’s aggressive expansion plan, encompassing both the extension of its current businesses and the completion of additional acquisitions. Two more acquisitions are expected to close in the upcoming periods, supplementing SAML's technology and solutions portfolio.

The acquisition not only diversifies SAML's business operations but also strengthens its position in the global public safety and security market, which is projected to see significant growth. With a targeted $20 million revenue in 2024 from the current group of companies and anticipated higher returns following further acquisitions, SAML is on a trajectory towards becoming a global leader in public safety technologies.

Furthermore, SAML is exploring opportunities for additional acquisitions, including a British manufacturer of autonomous vehicles for firefighting and a significant wildfire business. These strategic moves, along with the potential uplisting to a major stock exchange, underscore SAML’s commitment towards delivering innovative emergency response technologies and solutions on a global scale.
