Samba Digital, Inc Announces Robust 2024 Bi-Annual Results

Samba Digital, Inc reported strong financial performance in the first half of 2024. The company achieved a revenue of €3.9 million, marking a 56% increase compared to the same period the previous year. Net profit reached €0.6 million, representing 16.4% of the total revenue.

Despite increased personnel costs for new ventures into Data Analytics and iGaming, operational profitability stood at 21.1%. These costs are expected to contribute significantly to the company's revenue in the second half of the year.

A Research & Development center focusing on Artificial Intelligence applications is in progress, anticipated to launch within 24 months. Additionally, plans for a transition to Euronext Growth and a possible capital increase of €3 million are underway.

Samba Digital reaffirms its 2024 revenue target of €10 million and forecasts an operating profit of approximately €2 million, pending global economic conditions.
