Sale of the company Les Abeilles: Econocom maintains its annual forecasts
Econocom announces the definitive sale of its subsidiary Les Abeilles to the Boluda group, world leader in towing. This operation, approved by the French authorities, allows Les Abeilles to benefit from the support of a major player for its future growth.
For Econocom, this sale is part of its divestment program for non-strategic assets. It strengthens the group's financing capacity, making it possible to achieve approximately half of the external growth planned by the 2024-2028 One econocom strategic plan. In the short term, it reduces financial debt without compromising the turnover growth forecast for 2024.
Jean-Louis Bouchard, CEO of the Econocom Group, expressed his satisfaction with this sale, which will make it possible to finance future external growth while offering new opportunities to Les Abeilles employees.
