Saint-Gobain Reports Share Buyback Transactions for Late June 2024
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain announced the execution of its share buyback program as authorized by the Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024. The transactions were conducted from June 24 to June 28, 2024, under Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse.
During this period, Saint-Gobain repurchased a total of 239,885 shares. The daily transactions varied significantly, with the highest volume of 107,942 shares bought on June 28 at an average purchase price of €72.800, amounting to €7,858,124. Conversely, the smallest volume occurred on June 27 with only 13 shares purchased at €73.000.
Overall, the company spent €17,469,373 on these buybacks, with an average purchase price of €72.824 per share. These transactions took place across several markets, including XPAR, DXE, TQE, and AQE.
