Saint-Gobain Reports Share Buyback Transactions for Late July 2024
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain has disclosed its share buyback activities for late July 2024. The transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, following the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024.
The company executed buybacks on July 29 and July 30, 2024. The total volume of shares repurchased across these dates amounted to 86,877 shares. The average purchase price was €77.921 per share.
On July 29, 2024, Saint-Gobain repurchased 62,812 shares at a weighted average price of €77.919, totaling €4,894,261. The subsequent day, July 30, 2024, saw an additional buyback of 24,065 shares at an average price of €77.925, amounting to €1,875,265.
The cumulative cost of the transactions over the two-day period reached €6,769,526. The markets involved were XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
