Saint-Gobain Reports on Share Buyback Transactions from June 10 to June 14, 2024
Saint-Gobain has announced the completion of share buyback transactions, as per Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. The transactions were authorized at the Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024, under the 19th resolution.
The transactions took place between June 10 and June 14, 2024. During this period, the company repurchased a total of 1,614,901 shares at an average price of €75.806.
On June 10, 335,265 shares were bought back at an average price of €76.336, amounting to €25,592,688. The following day, 348,319 shares were repurchased at €76.753, totaling €26,734,598.
The transactions on June 12 saw 282,083 shares bought at €77.136, equating to €21,758,782. On June 13, 281,925 shares were acquired at €76.362, amounting to €21,528,470. Finally, on June 14, 367,309 shares were repurchased at €72.975 for a total of €26,804,484.
The cumulative amount for the period reached €122,419,023.
